At Wally's Wine & Spirits, we strive to ensure every bottle arrives in perfect condition; however, due to the nature of fine wine and spirits, returns are generally limited to damaged or defective items within 30 days of purchase.
Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please carefully examine all bottles for signs of breakage, leakage, or incorrect vintages before signing for the shipment.
Contact Customer Support
If you encounter an issue, email our concierge team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product or cork defect.
Secure the Shipment
Once your return is authorized, repack the items in their original specialized wine shipping containers to prevent further damage during transit.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After our cellar team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement bottle.
