Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Wally's Wine & Spirits ships to most states within the U.S. where local laws permit the direct shipment of alcohol. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do you ensure the quality of vintage wines?
All our bottles are stored in a temperature-controlled, humidity-monitored cellar. We source directly from reputable estates and trusted private collections to ensure provenance and quality.
Can I return a bottle if I don't like it?
Per industry regulations, we cannot accept returns on alcoholic beverages unless the product is spoiled or corked. If you believe your bottle is defective, please contact us within 30 days.
Is an adult signature required for delivery?
Yes, federal law requires an adult signature (21+) with a valid government-issued ID for all deliveries containing alcohol. Carriers will not leave packages unattended.
What happens if my order is damaged during transit?
We use specialized, reinforced packaging to prevent breakage. However, if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the package and contact our support team immediately for a replacement or refund.

Absolutely. You can select our premium gift wrapping service at checkout and include a custom message to be printed on a high-quality gift card.
